1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company, if you are a manufacturer are you able to create models similar to what we want?

We are manufacturer and of course we can custom design for you

2. What is your lead time for sample and trial order

For sample,it can be shipped immediately and for trial order the mass time is about 7days.

3. what is the sample cost with shipping by express mail to USA,UK or other countries?

sample is free and shipping cost is $25

5. What type of packaging comes with this product? does your price include customising the packaging

Usually we do opp bag but ziploc bag or box package are both ok

6. Does the price you quoted include adding our logo/name to product if not how much that would be additional

Of course we can put your logo,warning,barcode and made in china sticker on the package and also we can provide you free thank card or instruction if size within 10*10cm.

7. Would you be able to put my barcode stickers on the product

of course that is ok

After-sales service

1.Can sign quality assurance agreement.

2.can sign product Design Protection Agreement.

3.We can refund you Corresponding amount If there is a problem with an individual product or can make corresponding product in next order

4.Loss of goods caused by our FF and then we make full compensation
