1, How do i contact with you ?

You can send inquiry to me from website.I will reply within 12 hours .

2,Is price and MOQ correct in website ?

Yes ,it is correct .Most of products are on stock .just let me know order quantity and details ,I will check the best price and shipping for you .

3,how to place order ?

After we confirm order details ,please let me know consignee ,address ,phone number . you can pay it by credit card ,T/T,  e-checking,paypal.

4,how about goods quality ?

Order will be checked one by one before shipping .but as for balloons, fraction defective under 3% is considered normal, please note .

No worries ,If products are broken more than 3%, you can send broken items photos to us ,i will send good ones with your next order or refund for you.

5,what is delivery time and shipping time ?

Generally ,order will be shipped out in 3~5 days .shipping time is about 5~7 working days by express (UPS/ TNT/ Fedex/ DHL/ EMS etc.. ) ,10~12 working days by air .30~35 working days by sea . Delivery time will be longer if it is custom order or big quantity.
