2. If you become our old customer, we will send you new designs and won’t charge you the sample fee and shipping fee.

1. How can I place an order?

You can contact any of our sales for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements. So we can send you the offer the first time. For designing further discussion, it is better to contact us by email or Whats App or other instant ways, in case of any delays.

2. When can I get the price?

Usually, we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

3. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 1-3 days. The samples will be sent to you via express in 3-5 days.

4. What about the lead time for mass production?

Normally, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It takes around 25-40 days based on general order.

5. How can we guarantee quality?

Always a pre-production sample before mass production;
