Q1. Are you factory or trading company ?

A: We manufacture and export, mean industries ( factory & trading ).

Q2. Can I place a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable. Please contact our sales for a stock list.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A: A sample order requires 3-7 days; mass production time 2-4 weeks, depending on the order quantity & styles.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ for custom order?

A: Yes, we do have a MOQ for custom designs. It depends on the specific designs. So please contact us for more details.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A:1. We usually ship by Fedex, DHL, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.

  2. 15-30 days by sea ship to local port.Shipping fee depends on the weight and shipping method

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7. What is your payment methods?

A: T/T. PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram , Alipay etc.
