1. Do you have your own factory?

Yes. We are one-stop solution provider of Halloween items and accessories more than 20 years.

2. May I add my LOGO on products ?

Of course, we provide you with a variety of LOGO customization services, embroidery, printing&etc, 

According to your customization requirements, our designers will provide design drafts for your confirmation.

3. What’s your MOQ?

Generally, MOQ for OEM is 500pcs, the MOQ of ODM is only 20-50pcs, the MOQ of RTS is 1-10pcs.

4. What courier do you use ?

We support express / air+express / fast sea / slow sea / train etc.

5. Delivery time ?

Generally, for our ready to ship hats, you can place an self-help order and it will be sent within 3-7 days, 

7-30 days for ODM, 30-45 days for OEM.

6. What is your return policy ?

Unless defects, such as damage to hats in transit. And due to the customer's own reasons ,errors in dressing, 

affect the sale of hats etc, return is not accepted.
