A: Yes,we offer free samples for testing with cost paid by buyer.

2.Q: What's your MOQ?

A:we have no moq if stocked.MOQ=1

3.Q:Do you have warranty?

A :Yes,we have warranty of 1 year period.

4.Q:Do you have certificates for your products?

A:Yes,we have UL/CUL,FCC, RoHS,CE,KC,SAA,TUV GS Certifications.

5. Do you offer OEM ODM services. 

We can customize color size/logo/ pattern/ fiber/packing and so on.

6. What's the main product of you factory?

7.Q: What's your payment item?

A: Our standard payment is T/T in advance, Paypal and Western Union.

8: What is the lead time?

 A: 2-5 days for stock; 3-7 days for sample; 14-25 days for bulk. 

9: How do you control the quality? 

A:We’re proud to say that we do inspection one by one not just for random checking. We have an experienced QC team and also have an individual inspection room to check during four different production process, that complies with TQM, each step is in compliance with the standards. At the same time, they will take production photos and shoot videos for you. Or we can send batch samples for approval before shipment. 

10: How to solve the quality problems after sales?

A: Take photos of the problems goods and send to us.After we checked out and confirm the problems, within three days, we will make a satisfied solution for you. Usually we deliver new product to you instead of asking for return. 

11: Are you a trading company or manufacturer？ 

A: We are a direct factory and own rich experience in the HAT/CAP industry. Many Chinese trading company purchase from us too.
