Q1. Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes. As a manufacturer with 10 years of experience, we've gained adequate expertise and proficiency. Relying on our own factory, we offer you our best-quality products as we have fully equipped Product Department and QC Department.

Q2. Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?

A: Yes, based on our own design team, we are capable of handling various OEM orders. Large OEM & ODM order is utterly welcome. For mutual benefit, we spare no efforts in satisfying our customer in every possible way.

Q3. How about quality of products?

A: We guarantee strict control on every detail of the products. Each product is carefully inspected and tested before delivery.

Q4. How is your MOQ?

A: minimum quantity is only 500pcs. For more details, please feel free to contact us at anytime.

Q5. How about delivery time?

A: The RST item would ship out in 3-5 days after payment confirm. Customized order is in 7~15 days base on your order quantity as well.

Q6. Did you help us to do FBA, UPC or EAN label?

A: yes, we can print any format label as you inquiry.

Q7. How do I know if my products are delivered?

A: We will inform you tracking Number (waybill). and follow the transport to your place.     and you can contact us anytime for shipment information.

Q8.What is your payment terms?

A: Usually by T/T,L/C at sight,Alipay,Trade Assurance etc......

Q9.Did you ship goods to Amazon warehouse directly?

A: Yes, of course, FBA special line by sea is in 15-18 days.
