Q: How long can I receive the products?

A：If the item have adequate quantities in stock. We can send it out with in 2 days，about 7 days you can got the products. More details please contact us.

Q: Can I get samples?

A: Sure, we will charge you the sample fee. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

Q：How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive？

A：We usually ship by FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT. It usually Takes 5-7 days to arrive.

Q: What’s the payment terms?

A：30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.

Q：How do you offer after service？

A:Quality problems : If the products are not the same as our description or broken in transit，please take clearly photos in 7 days after you received and send photos in order message. We will provide you refund or replacement after we confirm.

Q：Any discount possible if I place an order？

A：Yes, we have different price ranges（discounts）based on different order quantity. Please contact our sales for information on detailed prices.

Q：Can you make our own design products？

A：Yes, we can offer customization services. You can send us your detailed information, such as the design,measurement and quantity, and it’s better if you can provide the sample. After cost accounting, we will send the quotation to you.
