1.Q: Are your company a manufacturer or trading company?

  A: We are a manufacturer with years of exporting experience.

2.Q:Can i add my logo on the product?

  A:Yes,we can add your logo on the product or package.

3.Q:Can you make my designs?

  A:Yes,OEM is welcome,pls feel free to send us pictures.If necessary,we can keep your design be protected under law

4.Q:What is your MOQ?

   A:The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs,and 1000 pcs for customized products.

5.Q:Can i place mix order?

  A:Yes,you can mix colour and style in our stock items.

6.Q:How could I pay them?

  A:Paypal,Western Union,T/T and Alibaba Trade Assurance order are acceptable,so just let us know which is better for you.

7.Q:How can we get the goods?

  A:We send by DHL,FedEx,UPS,EMS,ARAMEX,or as your request.

8.Q:Can we take free samples?

  A:sorry,we provide paid samples only,but when you order quantity is over 1000 pcs,we will refund the sample cost.

9.Q:How long is the delivery time?

  A:For the stock item,delivery time will be 7 days,and 15~20 days for the customized or not in stock products.

10.Q:Do you inspect the finished products?

    A:yes,Our QC will inspect the products for the production.

11.Q:what is your Packaging?

   A:Our standard package is one set in per opp bag,but we can custom the package as your request.

12.Q:Is there any discount for bulk orders?

   A:Yes, your quantity will be considered,and a discount will be made accroadingly. Feel free to contact us.

13.Q:Can i get discounts?

   A:Yes, For large orders or regular customers ,we will give corresponding discount.
