Q: Are you traders or factory?

A: We are a factory with 300 workers, with our own sample room and development team. At the same time, we have formed strategic

partners with a number of factories to make our products more diversified and production more flexible. We have 20 years of

experience in shoe making.

Q: How do you control the quality of your products?

A:In the product development stage, we will do a lot of tests on raw materials, production process, semi-finished products and

finished products to ensure that mass production is feasible. Before producing a large number of products, we will test all

materials, semi-finished products and the first article of finished products. Only after passing the test can we produce large

goods. We have professional quality control personnel to test the quality of samples and conduct production quality control. If

you need samples, we can send them to you.

Q: Can I ask for one sample before placing orders?

A: Yes. But usually, you need to pay courier costs and sample charges.

Q: Can you make our design or put our logo on the product?

A: Yes. All designs are welcomed. But please send designs with clear information. (Excel, word)then please send your design or

logo to our email. In addition, This part needs to reach a certain amount, the specific quantity we can communicate by mail.

Q: When can you deliver our shoes after my payment?

A: Normally speaking, our delivery date is around 25-45days after receiving 30% deposit. If there is a special case to cause

delay, we will keep you informed of the status and situation in advance then show you our solutions.

Q: When will you deliver my order after payment?

A: Our delivery time for mass production orders is about 15 to 45 days.

Our delivery time for wholesale orders is from 2 to 15days.
