1.   Can we customize the size, color, and logo on the products?

Yes, we accept OEM and ODM services. All the products can add or change the logo to yours. Customized sizes and colors are also acceptable. We can provide the color swatch for checking. And some of the products can be dyed according to Pantone colors.

2.   Low MOQ

If ready in stock, the MOQ is 2 to 5.

3.   How about Samples

If ready in stock, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers' design and requirements. Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order reaches our MOQ.

4.   How do you guarantee the product quality?

Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.

5.   How about Shipping

By sea, by air, and by express (DHL, it is about 3 to 4 days; FedEx IE, UPS Expedited, EMS, TNT etc.).
