Q: How to order?
A: 1. You can contact us by phone, Whatsapp, Trade manager or email to inquire about the price of the feather you are interested in, you must confirm the size/color/quantity;
2. Next, show us your shipping details to check shipping costs;
3. Will quote you the total amount;
3. Then, pay by T/T, Paypal, etc. (30% or 100% payment to start production)
4. We will place an order with our factory and arrange delivery for you as soon as possible.
Q: How to deal with color mismatch?
A: Please note that the color of the dyed feathers may vary slightly due to different dye batches. Color differences can be caused by a number of other reasons, such as color reflection in the display, lighting, background, etc. While the difference should be minimal, if you think you received an item in the wrong color, please contact us to see if you can return it or get a refund.
Q: What about size or fit?
A: Dimensions are specified in the detailed specifications. Please check the specifications before placing an order. Generally, the tolerance of the dimensions in the measurement is appropriate 0.5 inches. If you find that the product size is not suitable for you, you can contact us directly.
Q: What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product?
