What customization do you offer? What's the MOQ?

Full-range customization: T-shirts, shirts, hoodies, jackets, workwear, plus hats/scarves. MOQ is 100 pieces per regular style; negotiable for custom fabrics or special craftsmanship.

Can I get fabric/craft samples? What's the sample lead time?

Free regular fabric color cards & craft swatches (printing, embroidery, heat transfer). A small fee applies for ready-made samples (deductible from bulk orders). Swatches: 2-3 working days; ready-made samples: 7-10 working days.

What's the customization process & lead time?

Process: Demand discussion_Design proposal _Sample confirmation_Contract signing_Bulk production_QC & delivery. Regular bulk lead time: 15-25 days; rush orders: 10-15 days (rush fee applies).

Do you support OEM/ODM? Can I customize labels & tags?

Yes to both OEM and ODM. OEM: Produce per your design drawings & specs. ODM: One-stop service from style design to production. Trademarks, hang tags & care labels are customizable with no extra plate-making fees.

How do you control quality? Can I arrange on-site inspection?

Three-level QC: Fabric incoming inspection, In-process patrol,Finished product full inspection. On-site inspection by you or third-party agencies is welcome; delivery is arranged only after passing inspection. Quality reports are available on request.

Can you handle foreign trade orders? What export documents do you provide?

We have extensive experience in foreign trade orders. Export documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and commodity inspection report, meeting customs clearance requirements worldwide.

What shipping methods are available? How is freight calculated?

Options: Express/air freight for small batches; sea freight for large orders. Freight can be prepaid or collect. We'll match the most cost-effective logistics solution based on weight, volume and destination.

How to resolve quality issues? Whats your after-sales policy?

For non-human quality defects (fabric damage, craft flaws, size deviation), we offer free rework or replenishment, and cover related logistics costs. A 30-day quality guarantee is provided after delivery. Contact our team anytime for after-sales support.
