A:Send us pictures or your design with size ,material,then we will check if we could make then finalized and show you sample picture or artwork.

Q: How to ship?

A:We will check most cheapest and reasonable price of express for you.

Q:How to deal with it if goods is lost or carton is broken when get goods?

A:Take Photoes and write down weight of each carton with description and send pictures to us within 24hours and call express and leave an messange to request express to check

Q:How to return all goods if that is wrong item or are not same as sample?

A:Take Photos and send us , then return to us,we will return you payment or replace it when we get.
