Q1.Are you a factory or trading company?

A:We are a trading company with more than ten years of experience in foreign trade. We can provide you with professional services.

Q2.Can I start with a small order for test the market?

A:Yes, of couse! We believe that big orders always start small :)

Q3.How long is your delivery time?

A:Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-30-45 days if the goods are not in stock, it is  according to quantity.

Q4.Do you accept OEM or ODM services?

A:Yes,OEM and ODM are accepted.

Q5.Do you customize the LOGO for the product or packaging?

A:Yes, we can customize the LOGO for the product. The material of the product is different, and the process of customizing the LOGO is different. Generally through laser, silk screen, UV, embroidery, label stickers and other processes.

Q6.How do you send the goods?

A:We have an international express delivery agency, usually using China Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and other commercial express. Or send goods by air, sea, or rail. We can provide you with cheaper and safer shipping methods.

Q7.What is your sample policy?

A: Free sample can be provided if in stock, and you will only bear the courier cost.
